As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Supreme Frozen Products will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit, or to refund you the full amount of your purchase.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Supreme Frozen Products is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card.
We ship via 2nd Day, Monday - Wednesday. Orders received after 6:00 am Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship to the 48 Continental States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to remote Alaska and Hawaii locations, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible. Freshly prepared product will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes. In addition, UPS guaranteed delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact UPS for more information.
To keep products safe during transit, we package them in durable foam shipping containers and include dry ice to keep contents frozen.
